Znojmo cucumber is a trademark, registered trademark, for the original original recipe for the production of Znojmo cucumbers in brine. The owner of the company PT servis konzervárna spol. s r.o. bought in 2015 the brand Traditional Classic Znojmo Cucumber from the original owner of the Znojemská Cucumber Cooperative based in Znojmo, incl. recipes and pickle. The well-known, traditional Znojmo cucumber is one of the most popular sterilized cucumbers in spicy sweet and sour pickles in the Czech Republic.
